• The hotel has 8 specially equipped accessible rooms for guests with disabilities and PRM. They feature spacious layouts, wide doorways, low thresholds, adapted furniture, and convenient access to the bathroom.
• Accessible public restrooms for guests with disabilities and PRM are located on the ground floor. They are equipped with grab rails, lowered sinks, and a staff assistance call system to ensure comfort and safety.
• Modern elevators provide convenient access between floors. The control panels are positioned at an accessible height and feature tactile markings.
• The hotel provides tactile and visual information and navigation aids. Facilities are also available for guide dogs, and the necessary infrastructure is provided for wheelchair users.
• The hotel parking area includes designated passenger pick-up and drop-off zones, as well as free parking spaces for vehicles driven by or transporting persons with disabilities.
