Terms of participation in the Kol Gali Loyalty Rewards program
Participants of the program can only be persons who have reached the age of majority, who have filled out a Questionnaire at the reception and accommodation desk of the Kol Gali Resort and SPA hotel, which, after filling out the Questionnaire, is assigned the status of 1. Classic Elite
Participants must provide an accurate email address to register for the program.
Participation involves only one membership, privileges apply only to one guest according to the status of the Regular Guest program.
Regular guests must stay at the hotel at least once per calendar year in order to maintain the status of a regular guest, regardless of what level they are at. If the guest has not confirmed the status of a permanent guest, then the guest returns to the status of the first level of the classic Permanent guest card on December 31 of the following year after the guest's last stay. If the guest has not confirmed the status of a permanent guest for more than one year, the guest will withdraw from the loyalty program on December 31 of the second year after the last stay at the hotel.
Late check-out and early check-in, room upgrade is only available if rooms are available.
Participation in the Program includes 4 levels.
