Dear guests!

We are pleased to inform you about our loyalty program. We appreciate your commitment and would like to make your stay at our hotel even more enjoyable and memorable. More detailed information is available at the reception desk.

Terms of participation in the loyalty program

Program participants are limited to adults who have completed the Application Form at the Kol Gali Hotel reception desk. Upon completion of the Application Form, participants are assigned Basic Level 1 status.

Participants must provide an accurate email address to register for the program.

Participation requires only one membership, privileges apply only to one guest, based on their Frequent Guest status.

To maintain Frequent Guest status, regardless of their current level, Frequent Guests must stay at the hotel at least once per calendar year. If a guest fails to confirm their Frequent Guest status, they will revert to Basic Level 1 Frequent Guest status on December 31 of the following year following their last stay. If a guest fails to confirm their regular guest status for more than one year, they will be excluded from the loyalty program on December 31st of the second year following their last stay at the hotel.

Late check-out and early check-in are available, and room upgrades are subject to availability.

Participation in the Program includes 4 levels.

The hotel reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Program at any time and at its sole discretion, or to suspend the Program without prior notice. Information about changes will be published on the website kolgaliresort.ru

* Loyalty program benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers (special rates for holidays).  

** Complimentary room upgrades cannot be combined with other special offers and cannot be combined with a promo code.  

*** The loyalty program does not apply to bookings made through third-party services and sales channels.  

The loyalty program is not valid on the following dates due to:

On other dates, late check-out and early check-in are permitted. Room upgrades are subject to availability.

  1. Register for the loyalty program at the hotel reception by filling out a questionnaire to receive Basic level.

  2. To receive Silver level, you must stay at least 7 nights per calendar year. To maintain the status of a permanent guest, regardless of what level they are at, it is necessary to stay at the hotel at least once per calendar year.
  3. To obtain Gold level, you must stay at least 15 nights per calendar year. To maintain the status of a permanent guest, regardless of what level they are at, it is necessary to stay at the hotel at least once per calendar year.
  4. To receive Platinum level, you must stay at least 20 nights per calendar year. To maintain the status of a permanent guest, regardless of what level they are at, it is necessary to stay at the hotel at least once per calendar year.
To participate in the loyalty program, you must fill out a form at the hotel reception.
